—Terms and Conditions—

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

1.1 TERMS OF SERVICE

Liberate Your Life Retreat will outline the inclusions and exclusions in the itinerary brochure. Exclusions typically consist of flights, travel insurance, airport transfers, alcohol, and spending money.

1.2 RESERVATIONS

To secure your spot on one of our retreats, please fill out your details and submit a $400 deposit online. The deposit is fully refundable within a 3-day cooling-off period. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

1.3 PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a partial or full payment for our service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Payments can be made via credit card or direct bank transfer. Final balances are due 30 days before the retreat start date. Failure to make the final payment within 14 days of the retreat start date may result in cancellation of your reservation, with any payments made forfeited.

1.4 CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT & REFUND POLICY

Participants must notify us via email at vanessa@soukya.com.au to cancel or change their retreat spot. We enforce a strict no-refund policy beyond the 3-day cooling-off period. It's recommended to have travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes or cancellations.

1.5 CANCELLATION BY Liberate Your Life Retreat

In the event of a cancellation or date change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, civil unrest), participants may transfer their payments to a future retreat within 12 months. We are not liable for refunds or reimbursements, but participants can file claims with their travel insurance provider.

1.6 CHANGES BY Liberate Your Life Retreat

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the retreat before the start date. If changes involve venue, teacher, itinerary, or other aspects due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may transfer their deposit to a future retreat within 12 months. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the deposit transfer.

1.7 DISRUPTED TRAVEL

Participants are responsible for ensuring valid passports and any required visas. Liberate Your Life Retreats is not liable for any disruptions due to passport or visa issues.

INSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION

2.1 TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is mandatory for all retreat participants and should cover medical and natural disaster expenses. Consider adding 'Cancel for Any Reason' coverage to your policy for additional protection.

2.2 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND IMMUNISATIONS

Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents and immunisations unless otherwise specified. Information regarding documentation requirements will be provided, but it's recommended to consult with a travel clinic for the latest guidelines.
