Unlocking Your Potential
 
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to embark on a journey of self-discovery and emotional liberation, mastering the shadow self, understanding the influence of the five elements on your holistic health, and transforming your relationships and overall life through guided meditation and coaching.
These sessions will help you to retrain your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, so you will be able to let go of judgments, identify negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, and improve your relationships. 

The sessions are designed to help you uncover your inherent worth, honour your individuality, and foster a profound sense of self-appreciation. 
Each class is based on the 5- Elements and will guide you through a series of introspective exercises and enlightening discussions to help you to consciously create the life you love. 
Each session includes group coaching and guided meditation to help you face your fears, make decisions based on your needs, and transform your life.

At the end of the 10- weeks together you will emerge with a renewed sense of self, armed with practical tools to continue nurturing your self-esteem and self-love journey.

Who is this for: 

Anyone who needs to have personal awareness around daily life, the relationships you have with the people in your life, how the choices you make impact your behaviour, and how you can improve your journey through life. 

The class format follows a beautiful process of awareness, understanding, and empowerment through these lenses:
1. Self Mastery - to recognise your shadow or behaviours and bring them into the light.
2.  Reflection - Introduction to the Ancient philosophy and wisdom of the chosen element, coaching questions, and journaling to reflect on existing thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
3. Guided Meditation  - to infuse the changes, regulate our nervous system, and integrate the experience.
4. Reframe - Check-in, Self-Mastery card, Closing prayer, and commitment to Self. 

During this journey together we will uncover:

🪬 Understand Intuition and how we can develop ours.
🪬 Learn how to truly listen, without judgment. 
🪬 Work with Ancestral Energy.
🪬 Learn about Mother and Father Archetypes. 
🪬 Understand how to ground yourself.
🪬 Uncover areas in our lives where trust is an issue and how to remove doubt. 
🪬 Identify your boundaries and needs. 
🪬 Understand love and how we define it in our lives. 
🪬 Increase confidence levels
🪬 Identify your fears and learn how to face them head-on. 
🪬 Learn how to trust and how to repair broken trust.
🪬 Understand why it's important to support ourselves.
🪬 Discover your dreams and how to manifest them.
🪬 Identify guilt and shame and how to release them.
🪬 Learn how to transform anger and frustration. 
🪬 Transform old stories and struggles into empowering insights.
